Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

  • Personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
  • Identity verification documents
  • Payment and billing information
  • Bidding and transaction history
  • Communications with our support team

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, and communicate with you.

  • Processing auction transactions
  • Sending auction notifications and updates
  • Customer support and communication
  • Fraud prevention and security
  • Legal compliance and regulatory requirements

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this policy.

  • Service providers who assist in our operations
  • Legal requirements and law enforcement
  • Business transfers or acquisitions
  • With your explicit consent

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption, secure servers, and regular security audits.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use necessary technologies to operate and secure the website and to remember your privacy choices. Necessary technologies are always active.

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to analyze website usage, measure advertising performance, and deliver relevant or personalized content and ads. For a visitor who has not previously made a choice, Analytics and Advertising start active and the site displays a cookie notice. “I Understand” records that acknowledgment and keeps both categories active.

  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 may process page and conversion-event information through Google Tag Manager. Seller conversion events exclude form contact details and equipment descriptions.
  • Advertising: Google Ads and the Meta Pixel may process conversion and campaign-attribution information through Google Tag Manager. Campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers such as GCLID and FBCLID may be retained for attribution.
  • Conversion matching: the server-side Meta Conversions API and Enhanced Conversions are not active. If either is separately enabled in the future, contact information would require an approved, consent-aware server-side design; raw contact information is not placed in the general dataLayer or browser storage for this purpose.

You can select “Manage Cookies” in the notice, or “Privacy Choices” in the footer at any time, to review and change the current settings. Analytics and Advertising are shown active by default if you have not made a choice. Necessary cannot be disabled. Turning off Analytics sets analytics_storage to denied. Turning off Advertising sets ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization to denied. Re-enabling a category requires you to save that choice.

We use a necessary first-party cookie to remember your settings. A prior Accept All choice remains active. A prior Reject All choice remains an opt-out and does not silently become active; you can re-enable technologies manually through Privacy Choices. When both optional categories are active, non-personal campaign attribution may be stored as the first recorded campaign touch so that a later direct visit does not overwrite the original source.

The current Google Tag Manager container cannot safely enforce every partial category combination on its own. To honor an opt-out, saving either optional category as off reloads the page and blocks the entire optional tag container on subsequent page loads. The site also removes stored campaign attribution and expires known first-party cookies for the disabled category when technically possible. This stops future site-controlled loading, but cannot undo requests or provider processing that already occurred, and the site cannot directly remove third-party cookies outside its domain.

Cookie and tracking settings are separate from SMS consent, Preferred Contact Method, and submission of a seller inquiry. Accepting cookies does not authorize SMS, rejecting cookies does not revoke SMS consent, and the seller form remains available regardless of cookie settings.

6. Your Rights

You have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • Access to your personal information
  • Correction of inaccurate information
  • Deletion of your information (subject to legal requirements)
  • Opt-out of marketing communications
  • Data portability
