1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the J. Billo Auction website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Account Registration

To participate in auctions, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register
• All information provided must be accurate and current
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Account verification is required before bidding

3. Bidding and Auctions

All bids placed through our platform constitute a binding contract. By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the item at your bid price if you are the winning bidder.

• All bids are final and cannot be retracted
• Reserve prices may apply to certain items
• A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to winning bids. A future auction may use different terms only when clearly disclosed in that auction's specific terms and event page before registration and bidding.
• Payment must be made within specified timeframes

4. Payment Terms

Payment for winning bids must be made according to the terms specified in each auction. We currently accept Cash, Wire Transfer, Cashier's Check, or a Company Check accompanied by a bank guarantee.

5. Item Condition and Inspection

All items are sold "as-is" without warranty. Buyers are encouraged to thoroughly review all provided information, photos, and condition reports before bidding. Preview periods may be available for certain auctions.

6. Limitation of Liability

J. Billo Auction shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the purchase of items through our platform.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and users will be notified of significant changes via email.
